Delivery
Goods should be with you in no more than seven working days. Please note if goods are returned to us as uncollected we will refund the total amount charged, if required, less the delivery charge. If we post the goods out again a second delivery charge will be incurred.

Out of Stock
Should your item be out of stock we will notify you with a delivery date or offer a refund if you prefer.

Privacy Policy
We will always protect your privacy and any information you give to us will be used in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998. We will NEVER give your details to a third party.

Returns and Refunds
Should you wish to return or exchange the goods please ensure they are well packed. If one of a set is damaged, please return the whole set. You have the right to change your mind under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000. Unwanted goods should be returned in their original, unopened packaging within seven days. We will fully refunded you for the goods less the delivery charge.

Liability
In the event of defective or damaged goods, delivery failure, incorrect quantities or incorrect goods shipped, we will either offer a full refund or replacement. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the goods.

Please note that in an effort to improve their products manufacturers may change or vary their materials, the images and descriptions on our site, therefore, can only ever be a guide.
